DualShot Pro Camera is designed with privacy in mind. The App processes all video recording locally on your device. We collect minimal information:

• Email Address: Only if you voluntarily join our beta/ambassador program through the website.
• Device Information: Basic anonymous analytics including device model and iOS version to improve app compatibility. No personally identifiable information is collected.
• Crash Reports: Anonymous crash data through Apple's standard crash reporting to help us fix bugs.

2. Information We Do Not Collect

• We do not access, collect, store, or transmit your videos, photos, or camera data.
• We do not collect location data.
• We do not use third-party advertising or tracking SDKs.
• We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties.

3. Data Storage & Processing

All video recording and processing occurs entirely on your device. Videos are saved directly to your device's local storage or Photo Library. No video data is ever uploaded to our servers.

4. Third-Party Services

The App may use Apple's standard frameworks (AVFoundation, CoreImage) for video processing. These operate locally on your device. We use Apple's TestFlight for beta distribution, which is governed by Apple's own privacy policy.

5. Children's Privacy

Our App is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us immediately.

6. Data Retention

If you provide your email for the beta program, we retain it only for the duration of the program. You may request deletion at any time by contacting us.
