Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to the DualShot Pro Camera application ("App") developed by Meta Studios Creative Agency K.K （株式会社）, Tokyo, Japan.

1. App Store Purchases

DualShot Pro Camera is distributed exclusively through the Apple App Store as a one-time purchase ($6.99 USD or local equivalent at time of purchase). All transactions, including any future in-app purchases or premium features, are processed by Apple Inc. and are subject to Apple's refund policies.

Because all payments are handled by Apple, we do not directly process refunds.

2. Requesting a Refund

If you wish to request a refund for the App or any in-app purchase, you must do so through Apple. To request a refund:

• Visit reportaproblem.apple.com
• Sign in with your Apple ID
• Select the purchase you want a refund for
• Follow the on-screen instructions to submit your request

Apple reviews refund requests on a case-by-case basis according to its own policies. Refunds are typically considered within 90 days of purchase, though Apple makes the final decision.

3. Ambassador Program and TestFlight

Participation in our Ambassador Program or any TestFlight pre-release builds is provided free of charge. No payment is required to participate, and therefore no refunds apply to these programs.

4. Free Features and Trials

Any features made available at no charge, or any free trial periods we may offer in the future, are not eligible for refund.

5. Subscription Cancellation

If we offer subscription-based features in the future, you may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of a subscription period unless required by applicable law.

6. Exceptions

We may, at our sole discretion, advocate on your behalf to Apple in exceptional circumstances such as:

• Technical issues that prevent the App from functioning on a supported device, where the issue is caused by a defect on our end and cannot be resolved through troubleshooting.
• Duplicate charges where Apple's standard refund flow has not resolved the matter.
• Unauthorized purchases (subject to verification).

To the extent permitted by law, our discretionary support does not create any obligation on our part to provide a refund directly. The final refund decision rests with Apple.

7. Statutory Rights

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any statutory consumer rights you may have under applicable law in your country of residence (including, where applicable, EU consumer protection law and Japan's Consumer Contract Act).
