These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the DualShot Pro Camera application ("App") developed and operated by Meta Studios Creative Agency K.K（株式会社）("we", "our", "us"), registered in Tokyo, Japan.
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
DualShot Pro Camera is an iOS application that enables simultaneous dual-orientation video recording (portrait and landscape). The App processes all video locally on your device.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms and Apple's App Store Terms of Service.
All videos and media created using the App are your property. We do not claim any ownership rights over content you create. You are solely responsible for the content you record and how you use or distribute it.
If you participate in our beta program via TestFlight, you acknowledge that the App may contain bugs, errors, or incomplete features. Beta software is provided "as is" without warranty. We may modify or discontinue the beta program at any time.
The App, including its design, code, graphics, and branding, is the intellectual property of Meta Studios Creative Agency K.K. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the App.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of recorded content, or device malfunction.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tokyo, Japan.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
